(That’s Lincolnshire for Hello)
I’m just a tall fella from Lincoln who lives near the Cathedral with his Wife and daft cat. I travel all over the UK for work though whether I’m working your wedding or taking photos of musicians and creatives.
~ MY STYLE
My approach is very natural, I like to make photos of people during real moments. My creative brain works narratively. The details, portraits, architecture, the flowers they are all part of a story that you have decided to create on your wedding day. My goal is to tell it in the best way I can.
~ WHERE IT STARTED
I grew up around film photography (I’m THAT old). My old man and my uncle were keen on cameras, they often made landscapes and portraits of family members and friends. That paired with being the teenager that was really into music and art was probably when photography really fired me up! At college, alongside my friends we started photographing each others bands when we played shows. On Mondays, when we were back at college we’d share them with one and other. They’d more than likely end up on our Myspace accounts by lunch. (…yeah, that’s how old I am!)
~ CLIENTS
I love people that don't take themselves and life too seriously. I love working with those who put themselves first in order to create the day that THEY want rather than what others think.
